Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If at any time you need to speak with us about the status of your product, membership, or subscription, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss and work with you to resolve any issue. We are able to pause your membership should you need to do so until you are ready to begin trading again.

In the event that you need to cancel a purchase, please email your request indicating the product purchased, date of purchase and Order# (provided via email when you ordered). For security and verification, we will contact you using the phone number and/or email provided to us when you purchased.

  • Due to the recently amended terms of our merchant processing company and the sensitive of subscription based newsletter programs to changing market conditions, we will be adopting a 30 day Full Refund policy beginning December 15th, 2018.  A Full Refund is provided if your cancellation request is received within 30 days from the date of your purchase. (Money Back and reversal of charge)
  • Any refunds requests received after 60 days will be evaluated for hardship or other extenuating circumstances.  If the refund is granted after review,  the subscriber must wait for a check versus a reversal of charge.
  • If you would like more time to evaluate our program to utilize the money back options, simply request more time in writing to Dawn@protraderesearchers.com to ask for an extension and up to additional 20 day extension can be granted.
  • Please allow up to 14 days or so to process refund requests. Or, up to 30 days for a check or money order.
  • All programs are transferable.  Therefore, if you decide a different trading method is suited to your taste we can simply transfer the remaining time to another similar program being offered.
  • Refunds are based on the date we receive your written email request.   We refund in the order of requests; and for accounting purposes refunds are typically processed around the 15th of each month.
  • Please also note that if you will be unable to trade for extended periods of time  you may take advantage of “pausing” your membership  rather than cancelling in order to maintain your best price advantage; however, you may forfeit the full refund period.
  • In order to avoid service disruption, TRIAL bonus subscriptions will be auto billed the regular rate after the introductory period is complete.  If you wish to discontinue after a trial program, please send an email to Paula@protraderesearchers.com  or Dawn@protraderesearchers.com. You will have up to 30 days to receive a full refund.
